My Blu Life One X won't charge or turn on, what do i do???

I plugged it in the other night before I went to sleep to charge. I woke up in the morning and it wasn't charged. I checked the cord and it wasn't completely plugged in. I fixed the cord and went about my morning. I went to get my phone before I left for work and it was completely dead. I brought a charged to work and tried plugging it in there but same result. It says its charging and periodically acts as if its turning on then says optimizing apps 1 of 150. It gets to about 125 of 150 then right back to a black screen. Please someone help me

The battery is probably so dead that it needs to be precharged - and portable chargers don't do that. What you can try is - as soon as it turns on, turn it off. Otherwise it has to go to a repair shop. (Since the battery isn't removable, you can't remove it and put it into a charger that precharges.)
