Random pictures from phone to computer?

I transferred my pictures from my phone to my computer. I was looking through them on my computer and I saw some random photos that looked like they were stock family album pictures. There were also some random black shapes. And some of my pictures had dates and text on them that didn't have to do with the picture. I did not do any of this and I have never seen those photos before. But I am concerned about the writing on photos that I took myself. The family photos are not on my phone. This is only when I put my photos from my phone to my computer. I don't know what it means or what to do

Hi, the photos would have more than likely came from an app you have installed on the phone. Don't worry, just delete the images and let us know if they re-appear. Unless, is the phone 2nd hand? could they be images of the previous owner?
