Why is my screen unresponsive?

I clicked on my game, and my phone froze. I have a kyocera hydro view. I tried to go to home and a lock with an ! exclamation point inside popped up. I can't unlock the screen, and so I can't shut off the phone. I can't take the battery out. I couldn't even answer an incoming call. What do i do?

Bring the phone to a good repair shop. At the very least it has to be taken apart and have the battery unplugged.

Welcome to Android Central! You can usually force a shutdown by pressing and holding Power for about 15-20 seconds. Then try powering on normally again.
