Could you take a look at a screenshot to see if its safe to delete

I want to check if its safe to delete some misc files taking up a lot of space on my phone

Yes, we could look at a screenshot and try to judge, but it might not help very much. Is it one of the categories in Storage? If so you'd have to open it to discover the content, then describe or screenshot that.

If you don't know what it is, don't delete it is the safest option....
