All calls going straight to voicemail since update 11-8-2016

Every call goes straight to voicemail. Calls are not showing as missed and not showing up in call history. Have tried *73. Have tried every setting possible. Verizon network. They have no clue how to fix. Google search shows this is a known problem since at least 2011 on numerous Android devices. No extra apps on the phone except what came on it.

Hi, what device do you have? it's not a known issue and your service provider should be able to help you if you aren't receiving calls.
