NuVision tablet stuck in a bootloop

[AC Question]

I received a NuVision tablet and after i got it out of the box it wouldn't start android, so i searched around online and came to find that a lot of people have been having this problem but with no solution so i was wondering if anyone could help me out.

If you only just got it you should return it. It should be in a working state once charged

the problem is returning is a hassle and my parents don't want to go through that (i didn't mention that they received/bought the tablet)
