I bought a Alcatel lume online and I factory reset it now I'm stuck on google sign in from previous owner I can't get in touch with that person is there another way to do this ?

Why can't you contact the seller? If you just bought it and it's under someone's account, there's no way to get in. If you paid with paypal, then they may be able to help you if you file a dispute. The phone should have come to you with no accounts attached.
