do anyone know how nasty Android/Trojan.Spy.Agent.mi is?

Hi

I have infected by Android/Trojan.spy.agent.mi maybe for a week, until I install malwarebyte and I have get rid of it. after that I run the malwarebyte again and it said it has zero infection.

am I safe now, or I need to reset the phone factory default?

Also I have install 1-password app in my phone, does that Trojan able to see all my password while I was infected?
