On Samsung tab 4, error message "process system isn't responding"

[AC Question]

Out of nowhere, I started getting this message:
process system isn't responding. Do you want to close it?
Then you have a choice to press "wait " or "ok"
No matter which I choose, nothing happens and it doesn't seem to do anything to tablet.

I've rebooted twice, but it comes back after 5-7 minutes. Any suggestions?
