Time and Date setting in the GEAR 360 camera ?

I'm noticing the date and time are not correct with the photos I've been taking. Is there a time & date setting in the camera and if so, how to you set it ?

I had the same problem. I found that you have to connect the camera to the 360 app in you phone and that will set the time. Maybe you need to take a photo also.

I have Gear 360 2016 and iPhone or Mac only. I tried to connect camera to mac and nothing happened. So then I tried to connect the camera to iPhone via Google Street View app. Then I took a picture with the app and it creates photo with good time. Then I tried to take a photo with camera itself disconnected from the phone and heureka. The time is also good.

So you need to connect the camera to some app and take a picture. The time is set then.

how do you connect the 2016 camera to iPhone? I thought that was only available on the 2017. Does the google street view app allow the connection?
