Trouble using basic tools of Huawei Y-III

[AC Question]

I am using a Huawei Yiii and I am unable to make calls, download (including app from the Google Store) & utilize any of the Google Apps. What could be wrong with my cellular and what measures can I take to fix this?

Welcome to Android Central! Which carrier are you using? Are you certain that the phone is compatible with that carrier's network bands? Have you checked with your carrier to see if there's a problem with the SIM card?
