after wiping cache my screen went black and only notificatons "has stopped" popp up

I tried to fix the following problem on my mobile phone: I received notifications that some of my apps had stopped working. So I found the possible way to deal with this problem and wiped cache partition. after pressing power button to reboot the system, my screen shows logo and than stays black. Only notification windows about various apps having stopped to work appear frequently. How can I fix this problem. Thank you for help in advance!
