why my new galaxy j2 prime shows me this msg again and again

[AC Question]

I click on update software nothing happen and when I try to open the "secure Folder" icon it shows me the message "secure folder can not be set up because unauthorized software was installed on this device".

i cant install updates on my galaxy j2 prime the message says "processing failed" what i can do pls?
