Samsung Mega 6.3 stuck on startup, what do I do???

I have a Samsung Galaxy Mega that is loading up to the SprintSpark logo and freezing. I have tried taking out the battery for a few minutes and then replacing it and reboot, still stuck. I have also tried wiping the cache partition and rebooting, still stuck. I am trying my best not to facotry reset since I have photos and documents on my phone that I need to keep and is not backed up. What can I do next to get it pass the SprintSpark logo and back to working? Or do I just need to buy a new battery somewhere?

It could be the battery, or it could need a reflash of the stock firmware. Just possibly perhaps, a bad SD card.
