Help please! Presumably, the normal process to transfer photos and videos from internal storage to a SD card would involve - Apps, My Files App, Device Storage, then moving the photos and videos to a folder on the SD card. The problem is that the My Files App doesn’t appear in Apps.
I thought the My Files App was disabled, but when I went into Settings, Applications, Applications Manager, the My Files App appears under “All” but makes no mention whether it is disabled or enabled. It does not however appear under Downloaded Apps. If I try to press on My Files to download it, nothing happens. Can anyone help please?
Perhaps there is another method to transfer photos and videos to the SD card without using “My Files” App that I am not aware of?
