wi-fi causes reboot and not working on enterprise wi-fi connection

[AC Question]

Hi guys.

I have a WileyFox Swift and recently updated to Android 7.1.1. My problem is every time I get into wi-fi range of work my phone reboots as long as the wi-fi is still on. This started happening after the update to Nougat. Secondly, my wi-fi at work was working but then 31 May 2017 it just didn't want to connect anymore. Any one know how to solve this? Connecting to my home router works, just not the enterprise wi-fi.
