Galaxy s8+ blocked

Ok so my girl screwed me. She bought me a galaxy 8+ on her account then a week later totally screws me by kicking me out. Yesterday I tried to make a call and the service said I have a block on my phone. Is there anything I can do about this? Bypass. New Sim card. Anything?

An IMEI block cannot be undone by the user. The person who requested it would have to ask the carrier to do that.
