My android can't boot, It also is unable to be accessed via USB

[AC Question]

Ya see, I was turning my Samsung galaxy note 8 on, it went to recovery mode with a prompt that says "E: Unable to mount /efs (invalid argument) " So I tried to flash a ROM via Odin, but it didn't work. The next day, I wanted to fix it via ADB, but by that time, my device was unrecognizable to my PC. It first started with a prompt that says that the usb device had an error, and ended with a potentially unfixable note 8.
I tried re-downloading samsung & google usb drivers, and I also tried to switch my usb cable. No Hope. Any help?

Welcome to the forums. You may need to reflash the stock ROM with a PC program called Odin.

The PC may still be able to see the device through the bootloader.
