    Hi, I cant send screenshots on my galaxy s5 via the stock messaging app.

    If i download a picture or take a picture, it sends no problem via mms. However the screenshot fails, when sending, and it says service not activated.

    I have spoke to EE many many times about this and we have been through every possible network issue and it isn't the problem at their end.

    I have also spoken to Samsung tech support who were very very unhelpful and gave me no possible solution or any answers. They instantly dismissed any possibility of it being a handset issue and said it was down to EE. Ignoring me when i stressed the fact i had spoken to EE and it wasn't a network issue and the fact that i could send pictures, just not screenshots.

    Be grateful for any input or possible solutions.

    Welcome to Android Central! Screenshots are usually .png files, so see if you can rename it as a .jpg file, then try to send it again. (I've never heard of a problem sending .png files, but it's worth a try.)
