Google has stopped on my lg stylo2 how do i get it back on?

I don't understand any of it. It says to remove cache . did it. Nothing.

Welcome to Android Central! What says to remove cache? A message on the screen, or some advice you read on the web?

Does the error message say that Google stopped, or Google Play Services, or something else? Does this persist after reboot?
