Why incoming calls saying unknown

Why are all my incoming calls displaying in known.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Open the Phone app, then tap Menu>Settings>Call Settings>Additional Settings, and make sure Caller ID is turned on.

Does this also happen with numbers that are in your contacts?

My watch (tic watch 2) is showing caller id ''unknown'' when ringing. This problem has occurred to other smart watches too. Earlier it was ok. This is happening after i update my phone to pie. After reading few comment regarding this matter, what i came across is this is happening because of some wearable permission missing on android os pie. plz release an update to solve this problem as soon as possible.
