Honor 8 Lite - bad sound?

[AC Question]

I'm concerned I've received a faulty phone. First thing I noticed with this phone was the sound, low to the point that I struggle to hear what's said (at least compared to what I'm used to, HTC One M7). The other thing is what bothers me most, which is that the sound is "rasping", chopping, and unclear.

Hoping it's just a matter of getting used to the phone. but according to everyone I've talked to so far it shouldn't be that way.

I think you have to get a replacement.
