I hit reset to factory settings to erase tablet now I can't sign into google play store it says it's been wiped clean how to astablish a secure connection

Welcome to Android Central! Where are you stuck -- in the Setup Wizard? After the reset, were you able to set the tablet up normally, or is it not letting you sign into your Google account there? If that's the case, was this always your tablet, or did it belong to someone else? If it belonged to someone else, then this might be Factory Reset Protection, and it could be asking for that previous owner's Google account and password.
