Phone is freezing

Can anyone help I installed the latest update and now my phone is freezing and give me a popup that says gear s has stopped when I acknowledge it then the phone unfreezes for a little bit. And it is killing my battery

Try restarting the phone.

If that doesn't work, bring it to your carrier and ask them to please reflash the update. (Only the update, not the whole ROM.)

If that doesn't fix it, they have a liability issue - they broke your phone. They should replace it. (Make sure you back up anything important before bringing it to them - apps included. See Backing up an Android Device.)
