Device locator is connecting to phones but not showing their location. GPS is turned on.

Device manager won't locate my phone . it will let me remotely ring my phone , but it will not locate my phone on the map. GPS is turned on, and everything is as it should be to work but for some reason it won't work. Is there anything I can do?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using the desktop site, the mobile site, or the app? I've seen previous threads about the mobile site having difficulty with the location function. If you're on mobile and using the browser (and don't want to install the Find My Device app), tap Menu>Request Desktop Site
