Why will my cell phone not let me send a video from my phone to another cell phonewh

When I try to send a video from my cell phone to another cell phone my phone tells me that duration limitation reached. I have tried every way I know to send this video and it just won't send.

Which phone are you using, and which messaging app?

That "duration limitation" message means that your phone and/or service provider have set a limit on the length of video files you can send via message. If it's your phone, then you may be able to change the setting to allow longer videos. If it's your service provider, there's nothing you can do except send shorter videos, unfortunately.
