All apps associated.....

[Android Central Question]

I keep getting the error "All apps associated with this action have been turned off, blocked, or are not installed" whenever I go into my recent call list and click on the call button. I have a Galaxy S8 and everything is updated. I do have PDP engine installed. What permission to I need to change? Please understand, I only know enough to get in trouble.
