Hi. I copied some music from my pc to my S6 Samsung phone. How do I find that folder on my phone?

When I connected my S6 to my pc, I opened up its files. There was a Music Folder, so I synced the music from my windows media player to my phone. How do I find the Music Folder now? I presume I'll have to download an app or something?

Open the Play Music app on your phone.

Any file browser app will show you the Music folder (and every other folder on the phone).

Any music app will show and play all the music on your phone. (You might need to restart the phone to get the media indexing service kick-started.)
