In my lenovo tab3 7 essential the screen suddenly became into a screen full of stripes pls help me

I tried restarting by pressing the power button but it restarted (as I recognizer it with the sound)but after that when it opened also it came like a screen full of stripes

Welcome to Android Central! It could be a loose connection, or the screen itself could be failing. Bring it to a repair shop (or, if you're handy, you could search the web to see if there are any videos on how to open the tablet up and check the connections).
