My headphone port has got stuck in my headphone jack

I have tried to get it out with tweezers but that didn't work. What should I use?

Aside from the word mixup (the headphone port is the headphone jack - your headphone plug got stuck in your headphone jack), if you can't do it with tweezers, the next thing you should try is a repair shop. (Or you'll probably end up destroying the headphone jack - with the same end result. The jack has to be replaced.)
