Hi All,

I just got a new Xcover 4 for my wife to use. While doing the setup and restore I noticed something odd. The phone would restart on its own. I figured it was probably something corrupted so I did a hard reset of the device.

The random restarts stopped but I now noticed that it restarts when I try to use SmartSwitch. As soon as it reached the initial transfer, the phone would restart. At first, I thought it was probably a glitch. I can reproduce the error which now pushes it into WTFig Newton?!

I did not port any apps over (not like my wife had many), I have not customized anything on the phone. Now would this be the SmartSwitch app having a terrible two moment?

I gave up using SmartSwitch and will probably have to use MPE. I downloaded the Battery HD app and am running the calibration test to see if it reboots or not. So far no reboot. Anyone here experienced anything similar?

Thanks
