How to either transfer money to primary email?

[Android Central Question]

I had recently input money into my Google Play account but made the mistake of placing it into my second account?/email? Is it possible to move that money onto my primary or if its possible to use that money in the secondary email? While in a game app, I was trying to see if I could swap to my other email to access the money but it was not possible.
The money is just sitting there unused and wasted
Any idea how to fix this?
