Can a dead cell battery be recharged?

I left my smart watch at my mothers house for several months n it was never charged. Now i have it and plugged it in for 2 days and still nothing. What can i do to fix it?

Welcome to Android Central! Probably nothing, sorry. A completely discharged lithium battery is irreversibly dead. You could try pressing and holding the Power button for about 20 seconds.
