Are you saying that you're using console controller via a wired connection to your device, and suddenly you've noticed that you play time has been reduced? Is the controller charged? It sounds like one or the other device's battery is not holding a charge. The Note 10 is something like 5 going on 6 years old. Seeing a drop in battery health wouldn't be surprising.

How old is the controller?

Do you have another controller that you can switch to? What result do you get with it?

Do you ever play on the console with the controller? Are you seeing reduction in battery then?

Are you seeing a reduction in battery in general when just using the device?

Have you considered something like this?

Any wired controller is going to require some power from the phone. If it has its own vibration motor, I could see that using a fair bit of excess power. So I'm not even sure if you're having a problem or if your expectations are too high.
