Don't install unecessary apps.

Disable/uninstall Facebook and messenger and just go to the site by putting the bookmark on your home page.

Stop apps after use. Don't open apps and leave them running in the background.

Don't run gps/data/bluetooth unless you need to.

You can charge any time. Just don't leave it on charger when it's already 100%.
