LG G5 - can't hear calls on Bluetooth

Hi guys

This problem only started about a week ago, and I can't figure out why. Before it worked fine with the same phone.

I connect to the bluetooth in my car, and when I make or receive calls, I can't hear it on the bluetooth speakers, and the other side can't hear me. I switch to the phone speaker and then I can talk (not through the car speakers).

BUT, I do manage to listen to music from my phone through the BT, and this problem doesn't happen with other phones in the same car.

I tried playing around with settings, but couldn't find something that is related.

I tried restarting my phone, didn't work.

Go to the Bluetooth page (when the phone is connected to the car) - long-pressing the Bluetooth icon is the fast way. Tap the gear to the right of the car listing (or tap the listing itself if you're on Pie [I don't think the change was made in Oreo], then tap the gear there) and make sure that the Phone item is enabled.
