I have factory reset on my lgx charge twice now and ther is a virus

Please help me i need to know how to get this virus off of my phone no antivirus will read it and ive factory reset twice now i am in safe mode i do not know what file it could be hiding or what i need a professional to help me seriously

Welcome to Android Central! How do you know there's a virus? What kind of behavior are you seeing?

When you did the factory reset, did you restore everything from a backup, or did you set the phone up from scratch, making sure no previously installed app was reinstalled from the Play Store or from anywhere else?
