Is there a voicemail enhancer app for Samsung notebook 8?

I have a voicemail from my bf and it was on his way home from work, he butt called my phone,he always puts his phone in his pocket. He has cheated on me with a coworker,and he was giving her a ride home,and they where talking in his truck,I'm able to make out about a dozen words he and it(lol) are saying.however,the rest is muffled and some of the sound is the radio,someone please tell me how I can hear the whole conservation. I want a confirmation on the voicemail,before I kick his *** to the road.he says that's not his voice lol any help on this question would be so much appreciated!! Ty

You'd need to transfer a readable copy (.mp3 probably) of the voicemail to a PC, then use audio enhancement software (which is very expensive - and requires someone trained in its use) on it. There's no app can tan do that sort of thing automatically.

(No advise on the cheating situation - we don't give out that kind of advice here - but you know the answer.)
