Com.android.phone has stopped keeps appearing and i cant find a way to stop receiving this

Cant find any application for this or any other information on how to stop receiving this

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Does this persist after a reboot? Try going to Settings>Apps, tap Menu>Show System, then select the Phone app. Tap Storage, then Clear Cache/Clear Data. Does the problem persist?
