Cant save after changing wifi setting

[Android Central Question]

Recently i try to change the dns server but realise that it does not have the 'save' button like every post said that i searched on google, i tried pressing bacl button hope that it will auto save but it doesnt . What cn i do beside downloading apps to change my dns server?
