My Shield is powered by a switched socket that is only hot when the rest of my home theater system is on. When I do that, the Shield insists on switching to its HDMI input whether or not that's what I want to watch (I have a satellite receiver, two DVD players and an AM/FM radio also available.) The most annoying thing is, it takes two tries of switching to whatever HDMI input I really want to get the Shield to give up. Is there something I can do to just have it wait until I want to use it?
