how to use android and ipod touch with bluetooth at the same time

when I run my ipod with bluetooth,my android phone won't work in my truck,is there a way to have both working at the same time

That would be up to the vehicle. Some Bluetooth devices will allow multiple connections, other won't. Those that do will still only allow one of those sources to provide audio at a time.
