Please help me! I need help choosing between these phones!

I am on a government plan: these are the phones I have to choose from.

Samsung J3 Achieve
Samsung J7 Refine
LG Tribute Dynasty
Motorola E5 Play

Mostly I use my phone as a regular phone MP3 and video player, so it should be able to accept large memory cards and not be too picky about formats and EASY to use

I am skeptical about the J7 since i like to have the option to switch batteries, but it seems to have the best UI

Please help me out, I have a shyt government phone and only get to change once in a while!
