SIM card removed??

I was online and this popped up when I wasn't even touching the phone. Couldn't remove it.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? It might mean a problem with the card or with the card reader. Remove the card, blow out the card reader slot with a can of compressed air, then reinsert the card and see if the problem persists. If so, contact your carrier for a replacement SIM.
