Could not open connection to server

[Android Central Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy 10 plus, I have service with AT&T. There is a black box that appears saying " could not open connection to server ". It isn't a seldom appearance, maybe once an hour if not more. How can I correct this?

Welcome to Android Central! You could also use an app like Toast Source to figure out which app is serving up that notification.
