Camera wont open on my S10+ after android 10 and one UI 2.0

[Android Central Question]

After updating my phone and turning on my schools Wi Fi, there was a message after I tried to access the app and it saied "security policy prevents use of camera". I also had a vpn turned off after but idk if that had anything to do with my phone. Its been 2 days and I've tried turning off my security update policies but that wouldn't work either and i forced stopped my camera and that also didnt work. Its not a work phone, just my personal phone that i got from a carrier. Someone please reply.

Welcome to Android Central! Can you contact your school's IT department to see if they force some kind of security policy onto the phone that prevents you from using the camera?
