Why is my sync screen stuck on date and time

[Android Central Question]

I have a 2017 Ford Fiesta SE. I have sync 1 I believe. It is not touch screen I turned my car on and the screen is stuck on date and time. None of the buttons are working to preform a reset. What do I do ? All the of the menu buttons are not working. Clicking them doesn’t make anything change.

If you turn the radio off then back on does it reset it?
If not disconnect the car battery for 10 minutes negative side .

Have you taken the car to the dealership and asked them for assistance? This sounds like a car problem, not a phone problem.
