Well I've been using Go Launcher since I first picked up a smart phone. I love the options it brings but after many updates, I've noticed all kinds of issues related to lag and reloading widgets and it uses a lot of Ram. anywhere from 50 to 80mb. Well I finally tested out Apex Launcher and sure enough it runs really lite while allowing some decent customization. I'll be using this for awhile to see how it works. If anyone else already has experience with Apex or a better one for the Razr please let me know. Thanks.

You could try nova launcher. It's pretty cool too

personally, i prefer Apex. for the same customization in Nova you have to buy it, as in gestures and what not. just personal preferences though. best homescreen/launcher replacement. check out the screenshot thread to get some good comparisons on customizing.
