Mobile Hotspot (app?) quit working

Morning,

I'm using a freebie On5 phone from TMO as my hotspot. Free as in by credit on our account so it's brand new a month ago.

Mobile hotspot was working great until yesterday but now I get no Internet on my PC even though it shows hotspot is on (on the phone) and the icon in the PC's tray shows I'm connected but I can't access any websites.

There's no option to uninstall the existing hotspot app so I can try a fresh download. I did try a force stop and shut off the On5 for a few minutes then tried again with the same results.

To test, I then tried my personal phone's hotspot and everything works as it should which to me means it's the On5 phone or it's hotspot that's the problem.

I did check the phone for updates and it said everything was up to date.

Any ideas how to fix?

You can disregard. I called TMO and they fixed it.
