Can these phone be used on the strait talk network, if needing to unlock them can some one point me in the right direction thanks!

NO - those are Verizon CDMA phones and Straight Talk is an ATT GSM network. If you want a Verizon network you need to go to Page Plus Cellular (PagePlusCellular.com). The phones need to be off contract (contract expired or ETF paid) or you will not be able to use (they will be locked by Verizon).

BTW, if you want to use Straight Talk your best bet is the unlocked GSM Galaxy Nexus is now only $349 in the Google Play store - awesome phone for the price.
